DMI has developed a complete solution based on SSR™ technology that includes sensors (or gages) and dedicated instruments that take "readings" from the sensors. The DMI solution facilitates early health assessments in operating parts and equipment, while delivering measurement accuracy and location information suitable for conceptual tasks such as FEA and conventional stress analysis. When used on critical in-service parts and equipment, the DMI solution provides timely damage assessments that impact planning, forecasting, and spare parts management.

DMI Communications Technology
DMI has developed novel communications capabilities that allow DMI-instrument data to be instantly accessible to any Internet-connected device, regardless of location. DMI’s instruments can post data, real-time, to a centralized server using any Internet connection (wired or wireless). To instantly retrieve data, any client device can use the "DMI Direct alert™” panel to simultaneously monitor readings from multiple gage installations. Color-coding represents the state of the gage's readings with respect to preset limits. DMI Direct alert™ can even alert a cell phone or other wireless device when limits are exceeded.
